Description
This Extruder Upgrade Kit for the Creality CR-10S and other printers using the same type of mounting plate replaces the original extruder.
This kit provides a high-performance filament delivery system with the ability to print faster with improved quality. With the adjustable knurled screw you can fine tune the force acting on the filament.
It allows for more reliable printing with all types of filaments, both stiff and flexible, and the DualDrive system ensures that the extruder never loses the grip of the filament, making slipping and grinding a thing of the past. The Bowden tube is held securely by the built-in 4mm industry standard connector.
E-steps must be updated to 415 and the direction of rotation of the motor must be reversed. Please observe the installation instructions, which you will find under the "Installation Instructions" tab.
This kit contains no motor, the original motor is used.
The body parts are professional SLS printed in polyamide for maximum strength.
The Extruder Upgrade Kit is also compatible with the Creality Ender 3.

Ok folks so a heads up after a little bit of confirmation and clarification I have now been able to resolve the issues (3D Jake).
Id like to clarify,
The customer service and support from 3D Jake has been sensational, after speaking with the guys they managed to resolve my issue and that is with BondTechBMG extruder product itself.
Ive gotta say, I chose the right guys to go to, I already had two of these extruders and they worked without issues it seems the latest one I had purchased just wouldn't play ball. My replacement from 3D Jake guys looks to have resolved the problem.
I have in fairness, increased my review to five stars, because I believe without the support and service of 3D Jake I would still be in the situation I found my self in 4 weeks ago.
Yes I received an replacement and it has worked faultlessly, the extruder coupler and compression fitting have successfully stayed in situ, no curling of the filament (HT-PLA, PLA, PETG,ABS)
Thanks guys, am now up and running and we are on the right track
