Description

Formfutura Pegasus PP Ultralight is a nano-engineered filament that is 20% lighter than average PP and 40% lighter than traditional PLA.

The modification with 25% hollow glass microspheres made of soda-lime borosilicate glass not only makes Pegasus PP Ultralight an extremely light filament but also makes it significantly stiffer than normal PP. The inherent properties of the added hollow glass microspheres offer a number of unique performance benefits, such as weight reduction, dimensional stability, thermal insulation and a lower dielectric constant.

This makes Pegasus PP Ultralight an extremely versatile material for various applications such as automotive, drones or simply applications that require lightweight, wear-resistant and durable parts.
