The Suburban has a rich history and is in fact the longest, continuously used nameplate that is still produced today. The Suburban can be defined as a station wagon based on a pickup chassis. Just as Chevy changed its pickups, so did the Suburban. It spanned eleven generations of trucks. This 1966 suburban is part of the fifth generation that was founded in 1960.
