<xhtml:div xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"><xhtml:p>A large build volume, smart engineering and full colour
capability from day one: the <xhtml:strong>Bambu Lab A2L Combo</xhtml:strong>
combines the new A2L 3D printer and the AMS lite multi-material
system in one ready-to-go bundle for your most ambitious creative
projects. The A2L offers a 330 x 320 x 325 mm build volume,
exclusive Adaptive Vibration Compensation for razor-sharp detail,
and a modular tool concept that lets you do more than just print –
with an additional upgrade kit, it can also cut and draw. The AMS
lite expands the setup with support for four filament spools,
automatic spool switching and intelligent RFID recognition. In
other words, this single package gives you everything you need to
get started with large-format, colourful multi-material
printing.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:hr/>
<xhtml:p>► <xhtml:strong><xhtml:a href="{shoparticle.25263.link}" target="_blank">Bambu Lab A2L 3D Printer</xhtml:a></xhtml:strong></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:strong>Generous build volume: 330 x 320 x 325 mm</xhtml:strong></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>With a print volume of 330 x 320 x 325 mm, the Bambu Lab A2L
offers one of the largest build volumes in its entry-level class -
around 105% more volume than typical starter printers. This makes
it possible to print cosplay props, helmets, or RC parts at full
size without splitting them into multiple sections. It also leaves
ample room for small production runs, lifestyle projects and
large-format models, allowing you to produce them efficiently in a
single job.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:strong>Adaptive Vibration Compensation for razor-sharp
detail</xhtml:strong></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>Traditional input shaping quickly reaches its limits on
bed-slinger printers once the model becomes heavier and the
machine’s vibration behaviour changes. The Bambu Lab A2L addresses
this with Adaptive Vibration Compensation: the machine measures
vibrations in real time and dynamically adjusts compensation based
on bed load and toolhead position. The result is smooth surfaces
and crisp detail.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:strong>Granular dampers in the frame for maximum
stability</xhtml:strong></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>Larger gantry constructions are more prone to vibrations, which
can appear on the print surface as ringing or ghosting. Bambu Lab
takes an unusual approach with the A2L by integrating two internal
granular dampers directly into the frame. These granulate-filled
dampers absorb vibrations at the source and provide a mechanically
stable foundation. Even at high print speeds and when making full
use of the build volume, print quality remains consistently
high.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:strong>PSMS servo extruder with 20 kHz sampling</xhtml:strong></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>Inside the printhead is a new PSMS servo extruder specifically
designed for high flow rates. This proprietary servo architecture
captures filament position and resistance at a 20 kHz sampling
rate, actively detecting filament grinding and the early signs of
clogging in real time.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:strong>Nozzle clumping detector</xhtml:strong></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>In addition to software-based monitoring, the A2L features a
physical sensor on the Purge Flinger that detects nozzle build-up
at an early stage. This means clumping at the nozzle can be
identified before it affects the current layer.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:strong>Modular tool concept: print, cut, draw
(optional)</xhtml:strong></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>The A2L is designed as a true multi-tool platform. Standardised
tool modules (NOT included in the scope of delivery) can be fitted
in front of the printhead, transforming the printer into a
different creative tool in moments:</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:ul style="margin-left:40px">
<xhtml:li><xhtml:em>Blade Cutting Module:</xhtml:em> precise cutting of vinyl
stickers, films, leather, fabrics and similar materials.</xhtml:li>
</xhtml:ul>
<xhtml:ul style="margin-left:40px">
<xhtml:li><xhtml:em>Pen Drawing Module:</xhtml:em> clean drawings, lettering or
templates directly onto paper or other surfaces.</xhtml:li>
</xhtml:ul>
<xhtml:p>This modular concept makes the A2L a genuine all-rounder for
makers, crafters and creative users who want to personalise their
projects.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:table border="2" cellpadding="1" cellspacing="1" style="width:100%">
<xhtml:tbody>
<xhtml:tr>
<xhtml:td><xhtml:strong>Note:</xhtml:strong> To use the Bambu Lab A2L for cutting and
drawing, you will need the separately available <xhtml:em>Blade Cutting
Upgrade Kit</xhtml:em>. Laser modules are not supported due to the
open-frame design and the related safety requirements.</xhtml:td>
</xhtml:tr>
</xhtml:tbody>
</xhtml:table>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:strong>Full multi-material compatibility</xhtml:strong></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>The A2L supports the entire Bambu Lab AMS ecosystem. In addition
to the AMS lite and the original AMS, it is also fully compatible
with the new AMS 2 Pro, which offers airtight filament storage with
active on-demand drying. Thanks to an integrated buffer design, AMS
lite and boxed AMS units can be combined flexibly, giving you
near-limitless scalability for multi-material printing.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:em>Tip:</xhtml:em> You can connect up to 4 x AMS units and 1 x AMS
lite to the Bambu Lab A2L at the same time, opening up the
possibility of 19-colour printing.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:em>Note:</xhtml:em> If you want to use the drying function of the AMS
2 Pro or AMS HT during printing, you will need an external power
source (power cable or power supply).</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:strong>Intelligent monitoring and quiet operation</xhtml:strong></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>Bambu Lab remains true to its principle with the A2L: keep
printing as easy as possible. Intelligent monitoring automatically
detects errors and enables largely autonomous “autopilot” printing.
At just 49 dB in Silent Mode, operation is whisper-quiet, making it
perfectly suitable for use in homes, offices or studios.</xhtml:p>

<xhtml:p>► <xhtml:strong>Who is the Bambu Lab A2L for?</xhtml:strong> The Bambu Lab
A2L is aimed at beginners, ambitious amateur makers and creatives
who want to do more than just print – they want to create.
Full-size cosplay parts, large functional components, custom
stickers and fabric appliqués, multi-colour models from the AMS
system: the A2L brings all of these workflows together in a single
machine, backed by a technical feature set more commonly found in
higher price brackets.</xhtml:p>

<xhtml:p>The <xhtml:strong>Bambu Lab AMS lite</xhtml:strong> is an automatic material
system that allows for automated multi-colour and multi-material
printing, opening up entirely new creative possibilities for your
print projects.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>The system continuously monitors filament consumption and
automatically switches to a new spool as soon as the current one
runs empty. A spring-loaded rotating spool holder keeps the spool
securely centred and allows the use of a wide variety of filament
spools, including those from other manufacturers.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>Bambu Lab filaments are equipped with an RFID chip that
automatically transmits all material information to the printer.
Bambu Studio synchronises the data and applies the correct print
profile with optimised parameters.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>The transparent housing gives you a clear view of the internal
mechanism at all times, so that dirt build-up or malfunctions can
be detected early.</xhtml:p>

      <xhtml:div xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"><xhtml:p>The <xhtml:strong>Twotrees TTC450 Pro</xhtml:strong> is a CNC milling
machine that makes no compromises: a large working area, robust
construction and plenty of expansion options. This bundle combines
the machine with the matching 500 W spindle kit, giving you a
complete setup that is ready for use straight away.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:strong>TTC450 Pro CNC milling machine</xhtml:strong></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>With a working area of 460 x 460 x 80 mm, most engraving and
milling projects can be completed without restrictions. The stable
aluminium profile construction ensures precision, even with more
demanding materials, from wood and plastic to aluminium and PVC.
Compared with the previous TTC450 model, the Pro version features
gantry side plates reinforced from 6 to 8 mm and a larger 60 mm
motor on the X-axis. Both upgrades directly improve stability and
cutting quality. The TTC450 Pro is also equipped with a spindle
guard and can optionally be expanded with a four-axis rotary module
for complex 3D contours and rotary engraving. Want to work with
laser engraving too? The machine can be easily fitted with a laser
module, available separately.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:strong>The 500 watt spindle</xhtml:strong></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>As standard, the TTC450 Pro comes with an 80 W spindle, which is
sufficient for simpler projects but quickly reaches its limits when
milling harder materials or carrying out more precise work. The
included 500 W spindle kit closes this gap. The high-speed spindle
reaches 12,000 rpm, runs quietly and features efficient heat
dissipation for consistent results, even during longer milling
sessions. Metal, non-metal, a wide range of materials: the 500 W
spindle is made for the task. Thanks to Smart Termination, it stops
automatically once the job is complete. Installation is handled via
click-and-install, so swapping it over is no major project.</xhtml:p>

results.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>Thanks to the clear acrylic construction, you can monitor the
condition and amount of your filaments at any time (360°) without
having to open the box. The precision-engineered 4-axis seal,
combined with desiccant, maintains a stable and dry environment.
This is crucial for moisture-sensitive materials such as Nylon,
PETG, TPU, or PLA.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>The generous design provides sufficient space for standard 1000
g spools and additional desiccant. At the same time, the box
features a robust, scratch-resistant, and durable construction that

made from recycled industrial waste from Europe, making it an
exciting alternative to conventional PC filaments. Instead of
relying on virgin material, nobufil uses a closed material cycle
without compromising on mechanical properties. The result is a
high-performance filament for demanding technical applications that
is also much easier to print than traditional polycarbonate.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>In unnotched impact strength tests, PCx achieves values of
around 45 kJ/m² and combines this resilience with good stiffness.
Instead of breaking brittlely under impact, the material absorbs
the energy and releases it in a controlled manner.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>While classic PC filament has a reputation for being difficult
to print, with heavy warping, layer adhesion issues and a narrow
processing window, PCx has been specifically modified for FDM
printing and offers much more forgiving handling. Warping remains
low, layer adhesion is reliable, and delamination is virtually no
longer an issue. This means PCx can be processed easily on most
common desktop 3D printers. An enclosed printer housing is
recommended, but not essential.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>nobufil PCx delivers a smooth, even surface that is ideal for
further processing. Sanding, drilling and bonding can be carried
out without difficulty, making the material ideal for functional
prototypes and end-use parts that need to impress both visually and
mechanically.</xhtml:p>

scanning technology with excellent portability and ease of use. By
combining blue laser light with infrared structured light, the
scanner captures even challenging surfaces with impressive
precision and detail. Whether small mechanical components, people,
vehicles or large workpieces, the POP 4 delivers high-quality 3D
data for reverse engineering, product development, 3D printing and
digital media.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:strong>Hybrid technology for maximum flexibility</xhtml:strong></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>The POP 4 uses different scanning modes to adapt optimally to a
wide range of applications. The blue laser system with 30 crossed
laser lines captures even complex geometries with an accuracy of up
to 0.03 mm, while infrared structured light quickly digitises large
objects and people without markers. Dark, glossy or flat surfaces
can often be captured without scanning spray.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p style="margin-left:40px">► <xhtml:em>30 blue crossed laser lines</xhtml:em>
for applications where maximum accuracy and detail are required:
With 30 crossed laser lines, the POP 4 captures even complex
geometries, fine edges and hard-to-reach areas such as recesses,
holes or lattice structures. Thanks to an accuracy of up to 0.03
mm, this mode is particularly suitable for reverse engineering,
quality control, CAD applications and high-precision 3D printing
projects.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p style="margin-left:40px">► <xhtml:em>Infrared structured light</xhtml:em>

enables marker-free scanning of people, faces, vehicle parts and
large workpieces at high speed with reliable tracking.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>Different modes are available depending on the application.
Full-Field HD mode generates particularly detailed models with up
to 5 million points per second, while VCSEL mode is optimised for
fast scans of large objects and can even be used in direct
sunlight. In Hybrid mode, Full-Field and VCSEL are combined for
fast, precise scans with stable tracking.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:strong>Intelligent AI segmentation</xhtml:strong></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>Thanks to integrated AI, the scanner recognises the actual
object in real time and automatically removes distracting
backgrounds. Even hands holding the object during scanning are
intelligently detected and filtered out. This makes the scanning
process much easier and reduces post-processing.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:strong>3DGS support for realistic results</xhtml:strong></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>In addition to classic mesh models, the POP 4 supports modern 3D
Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) workflows. This allows highly realistic
digital reproductions with natural light and material rendering to
be created. Unlike purely camera-based solutions, the
representation is based on precise geometry data with an accuracy
of up to 0.03 mm.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:strong>Powerful performance, even on the go</xhtml:strong></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>The POP 4 supports both wired and wireless connections and can
be used conveniently with Windows, macOS, iOS and Android devices.
With scan rates of up to 5 million points per second and outdoor
support up to 100,000 lux, the scanner is suitable for both
workshop use and mobile outdoor applications.</xhtml:p>

    <content xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" type="xhtml">
      <xhtml:div xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"><xhtml:p>The <xhtml:strong>Bambu Lab A2L</xhtml:strong> is a 3D printer that
redefines the entry-level segment: a huge 330 x 320 x 325 mm build
volume along with pro-level features such as adaptive vibration
compensation, a PSMS servo extruder and optional modular tool
attachments for cutting and drawing. The A2L is designed as a
“creative playground”, a tool that does more than just print, while
offering enough space to tackle large projects without any
compromises.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:strong>Huge build volume: 330 x 320 x 325 mm</xhtml:strong></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>With a build volume of 330 x 320 x 325 mm, the Bambu Lab A2L
offers one of the largest build areas in its entry-level class -
around 105% more than typical starter printers. This means you can
print cosplay props, helmets or RC components at full size without
having to split them into multiple parts. It also leaves plenty of
room for small production runs, lifestyle projects and large-format
models, allowing you to work efficiently and complete more in a
single print.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:strong>Adaptive Vibration Compensation for razor-sharp
detail</xhtml:strong></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>Classic input shaping quickly reaches its limits on bed-slinger
printers once the model becomes heavier and the machine’s vibration
behaviour changes. The Bambu Lab A2L addresses this with Adaptive
Vibration Compensation: the machine measures vibrations in real
time and dynamically adjusts the compensation based on bed load and
toolhead position. The result is smooth surfaces and crisp
detail.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:strong>Granular dampers in the frame for maximum
stability</xhtml:strong></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>Larger gantry constructions are more prone to vibrations, which
can show up on the print surface as ringing or ghosting. With the
A2L, Bambu Lab takes an unusual approach by integrating two
internal granular dampers directly into the frame. These
granulate-filled dampers absorb vibrations at the source and create
a mechanically stable foundation. As a result, print quality
remains consistently high even at higher print speeds and when
making full use of the build volume.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:strong>PSMS servo extruder with 20 kHz sampling</xhtml:strong></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>Inside the printhead is a new PSMS servo extruder specifically
designed for high flow rates. This proprietary servo architecture
captures filament position and resistance at a sampling rate of 20
kHz, actively detecting filament grinding and the onset of clogging
in real time.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:strong>Nozzle clumping detector</xhtml:strong></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>In addition to software-based monitoring, the A2L features a
physical sensor on the Purge Flinger that detects nozzle build-up
at an early stage. This means clumps forming on the nozzle can be
identified before they affect the active layer.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:strong>Modular tool concept: print, cut, draw
(optional)</xhtml:strong></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>The A2L is designed as a true multi-tool platform. Standardised
tool modules (NOT included in the package) can be fitted in front
of the printhead, turning the printer into a different creative
tool in no time:</xhtml:p>

<xhtml:ul style="margin-left:40px">
<xhtml:li><xhtml:em>Pen Drawing Module:</xhtml:em> clean drawings, lettering or

</xhtml:ul>
<xhtml:p>This modular concept makes the A2L a genuine all-rounder for
makers, crafters and creative users who want to personalise their
projects.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:table border="2" cellpadding="1" cellspacing="1" style="width:100%">

<xhtml:td><xhtml:strong>Note:</xhtml:strong> To use the Bambu Lab A2L for cutting and

Upgrade Kit</xhtml:em>. Laser modules are not supported due to the
open-frame design and the associated safety requirements.</xhtml:td>
</xhtml:tr>
</xhtml:tbody>
</xhtml:table>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:strong>Full multi-material compatibility</xhtml:strong></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>The A2L supports the entire Bambu Lab AMS ecosystem. In addition
to the AMS lite and the original AMS, it is also fully compatible
with the new AMS 2 Pro, which provides airtight filament storage
with active on-demand drying. Thanks to an integrated buffer
design, AMS lite and boxed AMS units can be combined flexibly,
giving you near-limitless scalability for multi-material
printing.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:em>Tip:</xhtml:em> You can connect up to 4 x AMS units and 1 x AMS
lite to the Bambu Lab A2L at the same time, opening up the
possibility of 19-colour printing.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:em>Note:</xhtml:em> If you want to use the drying function of the AMS
2 Pro or AMS HT during printing, you will need an external power
source (power cable or power supply).</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:strong>Intelligent monitoring and quiet operation</xhtml:strong></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>Bambu Lab stays true to its philosophy with the A2L: keep
printing as easy as possible. Intelligent monitoring detects errors
automatically and enables largely autonomous printing. At just 49
dB in Silent Mode, the printer runs whisper-quietly, making it
perfectly suitable for use in living spaces, offices or
studios.</xhtml:p>

<xhtml:p>► <xhtml:strong>Who is the Bambu Lab A2L for?</xhtml:strong> The Bambu Lab
A2L is aimed at beginners, ambitious hobby makers and creative
users who want to do more than just print - they want to create.
Full-size cosplay parts, large functional components, custom
stickers and fabric appliqués, multi-colour models via the AMS
system: the A2L brings all of these workflows together in a single
machine, backed by a technical feature set more commonly found in
higher price brackets.</xhtml:p>

      <xhtml:div xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"><xhtml:p>With the <xhtml:strong>Bondtech INDX Tool Conversion Kit</xhtml:strong>,
your Prusa CORE One+ can be upgraded into a fully fledged tool
changer with up to eight independent print heads. No new printer,
no compromises on build volume and none of the filament waste
produced by other multi-material systems. Your existing print
sheets, profiles and Prusa Connect settings remain exactly as they
are. It is the same printer, just with significantly more
possibilities.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:strong>Which version is right for you?</xhtml:strong></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>Both kits contain the same Smart Head and the same docking
hardware. The only difference is the number of passive toolheads
and spool holders included. It can be upgraded at any time later
on, should several toolheads be required after all.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p style="margin-left:40px">► <xhtml:strong>INDX 4-Tool Kit:</xhtml:strong> 4
passive tools with hardened 0.4 mm CHT nozzles and 4 spool holders.
The mounting plate is already prepared for four additional tool
positions. Perfect for getting started with multi-material
printing.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p style="margin-left:40px">► <xhtml:strong>INDX 8-Tool Kit:</xhtml:strong> 8
passive tools with hardened 0.4 mm CHT nozzles and 8 spool holders.
Full 8-material power from the very first print. Ideal for anyone
who wants to go all in from the start.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p style="margin-left:40px"/>
<xhtml:hr/>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:strong>Ultra-fast tool changer</xhtml:strong></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>All the strengths of your CORE One+ are retained: high-speed
printing, an intelligent ventilation system and the enclosed
chamber. INDX simply takes things a step further. Thanks to
inductive nozzle heating, the system changes tools in fractions of
a second without losing time on purge towers. The result: clean
multi-material prints, faster than you would expect from
conventional systems, with all the benefits that only a true tool
changer can offer.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:strong>Short toolhead change time</xhtml:strong></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>With INDX, change times are measured where it really matters:
from the moment one nozzle completes the final line on the part to
the moment the next nozzle continues printing.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:strong>Three clear advantages that improve your 3D
printing</xhtml:strong></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>► <xhtml:em>No purge towers, no purge blocks:</xhtml:em> Most multi-material
systems use part of the print bed for a purge block where excess
filament is deposited. With INDX, there is no such thing. The full
build volume of up to 250 x 204 x 270 mm can actually be used for
your models.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>► <xhtml:em>The print chamber stays closed:</xhtml:em> With many enclosed
printers, the door has to remain open when printing with PLA or
PETG. INDX retains the clever ventilation system of your CORE One+,
allowing the doors to stay closed during printing.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>►<xhtml:em>Complete filament freedom:</xhtml:em> No proprietary spools, no
RFID chips, no manufacturer lock-in. Any spool and any material you
already know and trust can be used.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:strong>INDX does not waste filament</xhtml:strong></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>With INDX, there are no huge purge structures, no piles of
filament scraps and material loss is kept to an absolute minimum.
Compared with other solutions, INDX produces around five times less
waste than other systems on the market and around 30 times less
than conventional filament rewinding systems.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:strong>Advanced nozzle wiper</xhtml:strong></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>Low material consumption is only the beginning. The advanced
nozzle wiper for induction nozzles reliably removes any residue
from the nozzle before printing continues. This keeps tool changes
clean and prevents individual droplets from spoiling the print
result. The wiper sits on a purge collector, where the tiny
micro-droplet, which is smaller than a grain of rice, is neatly
deposited.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:strong>The innovations in the INDX</xhtml:strong></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>► <xhtml:em>Fast induction heating in the Smart Head:</xhtml:em> The INDX
Smart Head uses an induction coil, similar to an induction hob. As
soon as it picks up a tool, it generates a high-frequency magnetic
field and brings the nozzle from room temperature to printing
temperature within just a few seconds. When the print head is
parked, it cools down just as quickly.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>► <xhtml:em>Passive toolheads:</xhtml:em> All additional tools are
completely electronics-free. This makes them more reliable, more
durable and more affordable. Adding a fifth, sixth or eighth
toolhead simply means adding an extra nozzle and a parking
position, not an entire new print head.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>► <xhtml:em>Dynamic Dual Drive (DX) Extruder with self-adjusting
grip:</xhtml:em> Soft filaments need a gentler grip than rigid or
fibre-reinforced materials. The DX Extruder automatically adjusts
the tension of the drive gears, whether TPU is being printed or the
next tool is switching straight to a technical filament.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>► <xhtml:em>Up to 8 materials permanently loaded:</xhtml:em> Simply load
several filaments and combine different nozzle sizes from 0.25 to
0.8 mm. For the next print, everything is already loaded and ready
to use. All that remains is to select the right toolhead.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:strong>The difference compared with single-nozzle
systems</xhtml:strong></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>In every conventional multi-material system with only one
nozzle, all filaments share the same melt zone. With INDX, each
material has its own dedicated path. In practical terms, this
means:</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:ul style="margin-left:40px">
<xhtml:li>each toolhead has its own nozzle; no purging, no filament
poop,</xhtml:li>
<xhtml:li>no cross-contamination between materials,</xhtml:li>
<xhtml:li>TPU, PVA, carbon fibre and PETG can be combined in a single
print,</xhtml:li>
<xhtml:li>standard hardened CHT nozzles are also suitable for abrasive
filaments,</xhtml:li>
<xhtml:li>compatible with every filament brand and every spool size.</xhtml:li>
</xhtml:ul>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:strong>Effortless start</xhtml:strong></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>The INDX configuration includes a small electronics board that
is mounted next to the heated bed. After installation, the printer
performs a quick calibration and can then pick up and park all
tools with absolute precision. Simply get started, and the rest
happens automatically.</xhtml:p>

high-precision optical measurement system to your Bambu Lab
printer, continuously detecting and compensating for movement
deviations. This raises printing accuracy to a new level and
compensates for even the smallest mechanical tolerances.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>With a movement accuracy of under 50 μm, the Vision Encoder
ensures consistently precise results across the entire print bed.
The benefits are particularly noticeable with large components.
While inaccuracies in conventional systems can intensify as print
size increases, precision is maintained thanks to continuous
calibration.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>The Vision Encoder not only compensates for unavoidable
manufacturing and assembly deviations, but also adapts to long-term
changes such as belt wear, loosening, or mechanical ageing. This
ensures that print quality remains consistently high over time.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>In combination with exclusive Bambu Studio features, such as
Auto Hole Contour Compensation, the Vision Encoder enables
significantly higher dimensional accuracy for holes, contours, and
functional components. The result is printed parts with a level of
precision and surface quality that aligns with industrial
manufacturing standards.</xhtml:p>

Chambers</xhtml:strong></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>Thanks to the innovative division into separately controlled
chambers, there is no need to compromise on multi-material
projects: each individual filament receives the precise thermal
treatment required by its chemical structure. An external, active
circulation system ensures continuous extraction of moist air from
the interior of the housing, effectively preventing
reabsorption.</xhtml:p>

users who want to dry and store different filaments simultaneously
under optimal conditions.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:strong>Dual-zone system with independent temperature
control</xhtml:strong></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>Thanks to its innovative dual-zone system, the two chambers can
be controlled independently. This allows different materials to be
dried at the same time using separate settings tailored to each
filament. An integrated insulation plate reliably separates the two
areas and prevents the chambers from affecting each other’s
temperature. Each chamber offers independent temperature control
from 45°C to 85°C, making it possible to dry PLA and technical
high-performance filaments simultaneously under the right
conditions for each material.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:strong>Annealing mode</xhtml:strong></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>The integrated annealing mode is a particularly useful feature
and has been specially designed for functional printed parts. After
printing, components can undergo post-treatment at temperatures
ranging from 70°C to 85°C to enhance their mechanical
properties.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:strong>Operation via a dual-screen system</xhtml:strong></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>It is easy to operate due to a central dual-screen system, which
enables clear and easy control of both drying chambers.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:strong>Practical humidity control</xhtml:strong></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>The S4 Pro features intelligent humidity control that
automatically monitors the humidity inside the unit. Once the set
threshold is reached, the system automatically starts the drying
process and stops again as soon as the desired humidity level has
been reached. This prevents the filament from reabsorbing
moisture.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:strong>Protection included</xhtml:strong></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>For maximum operational safety, SUNLU uses a multi-stage
protection concept with a PTC heating element, metal fan, two-stage
overheating protection and intelligent software monitoring.</xhtml:p>

for modern high-speed 3D printers, combining exceptional melting
performance with a robust construction for demanding materials.
Thanks to the innovative Liber™ Ultra-High-Flow module, the hotend
achieves flow rates of over 100 mm³/s and supports print speeds of
up to 1300 mm/s.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:strong>Liber™ Ultra-High-Flow technology</xhtml:strong></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>At the heart of the Rapido X Hotend is the newly developed
Liber™ Flow System, which significantly improves heat transfer to
the filament. The optimised internal flow path reduces the distance
between the heat source and the material core, allowing the
filament to melt fully even at extremely high feed rates. The
result is clean layers, improved layer adhesion and reliable
extrusion, even at maximum print speeds.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:strong>Optimised thermal insulation</xhtml:strong></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>For precise temperature control, the Rapido X features a
specially developed heatbreak system with a physical thermal
barrier. The combination of titanium alloy components and a
torsion-resistant construction minimises heat transfer into the
cooling zone and reduces the risk of heat creep, stringing and
blockages, even during long print jobs.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:strong>High-quality materials for maximum service

    <content xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" type="xhtml">
      <xhtml:div xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"><xhtml:p>The <xhtml:strong>E3D DiamondBack Nozzle</xhtml:strong> is an official
collaboration between E3D, DiamondBack and Creality, developed
specifically for the Creality K2, K2 Plus and Hi 3D printers. With
its polycrystalline diamond (PCD) tip, it sets new standards in
service life, print quality and material compatibility.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:strong>Why diamond?</xhtml:strong></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>Diamond is the hardest material in the world, and it is this
property that makes it an ideal choice for a 3D printer nozzle. The
PCD tip consists of thousands of tiny diamond crystals that are
bound into a matrix with direct diamond-to-diamond bonds using a
special binder. The result is a nozzle that remains virtually
indestructible, even when used with the most abrasive filaments.
Whether it's fibre-reinforced materials, metal-filled filaments or
ceramic composites, this nozzle can print them all without constant
maintenance or concerns about wear and tear.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:strong>More precise print results</xhtml:strong></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>The solid diamond tip not only significantly extends service
life but also noticeably improves printing precision. Compared with
a standard nozzle, typical artefacts are greatly reduced, surfaces
appear more even, and the overall print result is cleaner.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:strong>Long service life</xhtml:strong></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>When printing with abrasive filaments, the nozzle tip is the
first part to wear. Since the DiamondBack Nozzle is reinforced
exactly at this point with the hardest available material, it can
withstand even extreme loads over exceptionally long periods.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:strong>Smooth surfaces and strong layer adhesion</xhtml:strong></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>PCD offers outstanding thermal conductivity. The nozzle
transfers heat to the filament very efficiently, improving layer
adhesion and producing mechanically stronger parts. In addition,
the extremely low coefficient of friction of the polished diamond
tip creates ultra-smooth top layers, with an effect reminiscent of
classic ironing.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:strong>Plug &amp; Print, installation without
modifications</xhtml:strong></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>The DiamondBack Nozzle is precisely designed for compatibility
with the mounting system of the Creality K2, K2 Plus and Hi. No
adjustments to the holder or changes to the fan duct are
required.</xhtml:p>

      <xhtml:div xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"><xhtml:p>The <xhtml:strong>Bambu Lab PLA Pure Filament</xhtml:strong> takes a
particularly purist approach: as few components as possible, and
each one documented and tested according to EU standards. The
filament is made up of a total of five components, from the base
material to the pigment, each of which is tested individually:</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:ul style="margin-left:40px">
<xhtml:li>PLA made from natural corn and sugar cane,</xhtml:li>
<xhtml:li>acrylic copolymer,</xhtml:li>
<xhtml:li>colour pigments,</xhtml:li>
<xhtml:li>ethylene bis-stearamide (EBS),</xhtml:li>
<xhtml:li>asbestos-free talc.</xhtml:li>
</xhtml:ul>
<xhtml:p>While standard filaments are usually tested only as finished end
products, Bambu Lab goes one step further by providing the relevant
documentation* for each raw material.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>*<xhtml:em>Note: The certifications mentioned refer to the raw
materials used, not to the finished printed part.</xhtml:em></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>Fewer additives do not mean lower performance. PLA Pure achieves
the mechanical properties of Bambu PLA Basic and delivers layer
adhesion on a par with common PLA filaments. A pared-down material
composition meets the familiar Bambu Lab standard for strength and
processing.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>Even without pre-drying, PLA Pure displays significantly less
stringing than typical PLA filaments from third-party suppliers.
The result is cleaner surfaces, less post-processing and a more
reliable print overall.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>► All relevant print parameters are stored directly on the
spool’s RFID chip and are automatically read by the Bambu Lab
AMS.</xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p><xhtml:strong>UL GREENGUARD 2904 certified</xhtml:strong></xhtml:p>
<xhtml:p>PLA Pure is certified under UL GREENGUARD 2904, which is the
recognised standard for emissions from 3D printers. This
certification makes the filament especially suitable for use in
environments where printing is carried out regularly.</xhtml:p>
