AzureFilm PETG CF Olive Green, 1,75 mm / 1000 g

AzureFilm PETG CF combines the proven properties of PETG with carbon fibre reinforcement, resulting in a filament aimed specifically at users who need greater rigidity and dimensional stability without compromising on the easy processing of PETG. Robustness, chemical resistance and outdoor suitability are retained, complemented by mechanical properties that go well beyond those of classic PETG.

The embedded carbon fibres increase rigidity and noticeably reduce shrinkage during cooling. As a result, components remain more dimensionally accurate and reliably retain their shape even under mechanical stress. This makes PETG CF particularly suitable for functional components, technical parts and applications where standard PETG reaches its mechanical limits.

The carbon fibre content creates a high quality, matt surface finish with a professional technical look. Visible layer lines are significantly reduced, giving printed parts a clean and uniform appearance.

► Note: A hardened steel nozzle with a diameter of 0.6 mm is recommended for printing PETG CF. Due to the fibre content, a nozzle diameter of 0.2 mm is not recommended.
