Estimated Duration of Delivery
The delivery period is displayed on the product page. When the package will be delivered can be viewed on the "My Basket" page, i.e. after entering your delivery address and desired delivery company.
In the event that the ordered items cannot be delivered by the manufacturer, due to the manufacturer not being able to fulfil their contractual obligations, we have the right to withdraw from the order. The customer will be informed immediately.
Please note that our packages are dispatched from our warehouse in Austria, thus our Customer Support Team is not available on Austrian public holidays, nor are order processed or packages dispatched on these days.
In United Kingdom your parcels will be delivered by UPS.
If you order by Wednesday 10:00 o'clock and the ordered products are in stock, your order will be processed the same day. Delivery takes place in 3 business days after dispatch.
Immediately after the successful entry of the order, you will receive a confirmation via mail. On the evening of the day of dispatch, you will then receive the dispatch confirmation with your personal tracking number. This allows you to track your parcel accordingly.
Depending on the shipping option you have chosen, the parcel tracking data may not yet reflect the latest status at the time you receive this email and the update may take up to 48 hours.
The estimated delivery date of your order will be displayed next to each product and also in the shopping cart.

Of course, our delivery services always try to deliver the consignment as quickly as possible. However, we ask for your understanding if there are occasional delays in delivery, usually due to weather or traffic conditions.
You can also have your package delivered to a UPS Access Point. You can use the UPS Access Point network in many ways due to long opening hours.

The filling material used is 100% biodegradable - and suitable for composting. Glass containers are wrapped in bubble wrap for extra protection against breakage.
Our boxes are made from pure carton and can be disposed of in waste paper refuse.
Delivery of Bulky Items
Large or bulky items are generally delivered via a freight forwarder. Typically, orders are delivered to the curb of the delivery address. The forwarding company will contact you over the phone to schedule the delivery. Deliveries can only be made by appointment.
If the order exceeds 70kg, the cost of the additional weight is added. This means that if the order weighs 80kg, the cost is the sum of 70kg plus 10kg. For example, if the order weighs 143kg, the amount to be paid is the cost of 70kg plus 70kg plus 3kg.
With our logistics partners we offer you, in addition to the standard shipping methods, the possibility of express delivery. Products that are in stock and ordered by Wednesday 10:00 o'clock can be sent express at your request. This means that you will receive your parcel in all European conurbations on the very next working day!
Products that are not in stock can also be delivered by express. Delivery will be made as soon as the products are in stock.
You will find the selection for express ordering in the ordering process - here you will be offered this option. (Unfortunately, this service is not available for all countries.) The surcharge for express delivery is individual depending on the delivery location.
