BIQU Panda Turbo Kit, Bambu Lab X1/P1

The BIQU Panda Turbo Kit is the ultimate upgrade for Bambu Lab users who demand maximum stability and top-tier print quality during high-speed printing. At the heart of the system is the integrated Wonsmart WS7040-24-V200 Turbofan, spinning at up to 45,000 RPM and delivering triple the power of conventional fans. Paired with a brushless motor and precision bearings, it reliably prevents heat creep and warping while maintaining optimal layer adhesion at all times.

The intelligent control board is purpose-built to match the printer’s internal electronics. It processes fan signals in real-time and, together with the Wonsmart BLDC motor, ensures smooth and dependable operation – no firmware or slicer adjustments required.

For added flexibility, the upgrade kit supports multiple configuration modes: a manual speed controller lets you fine-tune the fan’s maximum RPM without making changes in your slicer software. You can also switch seamlessly between internal and external airflow, tailoring cooling behaviour to suit different materials and print conditions.

► Internal circulation: Ideal for ABS, PETG and other high-temperature filaments. The recirculated airflow significantly reduces the risk of warping, while enhancing filtration efficiency through improved airflow pressure.

► External circulation: Designed for rapid heat dissipation. Heat is effectively extracted from the build chamber, enabling sharper details, smoother surfaces and warp-free prints.

The enclosure, made from high-performance ABS-GF, is engineered to withstand increased temperatures inside enclosed printers and ensures long-term durability and structural integrity.
