Moisture is one of the biggest factors affecting print quality in FDM printing. Even elevated ambient humidity can lead to stringing, poor layer adhesion, bubbles or complete print failures. The ChituSystems FilaPartner E1 Filament Dryer offers an effective solution with two independently adjustable heating chambers, rapid heat-up performance and intelligent humidity monitoring, ensuring your filaments reach the ideal printing condition and remain that way.

The ChituSystems FilaPartner E1 Filament Dryer helps keep moisture under control. With two independently adjustable heating chambers, rapid heat-up performance and smart humidity monitoring, it prepares your filaments for reliable printing and keeps them in optimal condition.

Two independent heating chambers

The Chitu E1 features two separate drying chambers, each equipped with its own PTC heater. The temperature can be set independently for each chamber between 45 °C and 70 °C. This allows you to dry PLA, TPU, ABS, PETG or PA-CF at the same time using the appropriate drying parameters for each material.

Space for up to 4 spools, flexibly scalable

You can choose whether to use just one chamber or both at the same time, with space for 1 to 4 filament spools in total. This makes the Chitu E1 just as suitable for smaller print projects as it is for more demanding workflows involving multiple materials.

Fast, even heating performance

Tests show that the Chitu E1 heats up from 25°C to 55°C in just 12 minutes, even when fully loaded with 4 spools. The temperature remains extremely consistent throughout the chamber, enabling even drying across all spools.

Drying and storage in one device

The Chitu E1 is more than just a drying box. It also serves as a humidity-monitored storage box for your filaments, keeping the material protected and ready to use between print jobs.

Self-regenerating desiccant & passive humidity indicator

The integrated desiccant is automatically regenerated by the hot airflow and does not need to be replaced.

A colour-coded humidity indicator shows the current moisture level inside in real time, at a glance and without a display.

Removable magnetic sealing flap

A removable magnetic sealing flap provides additional protection against external moisture in storage mode.

Side-mounted 3.5-inch touchscreen

The 3.5-inch resistive touchscreen allows intuitive control of all functions. Temperature, humidity and operating modes can be monitored at all times. The display is mounted on the side of the unit, reducing the depth required and making the Chitu E1 much more workbench-friendly.

The user interface is designed for maximum clarity and offers:

• real-time chamber status monitoring for both drying chambers,
• live display of temperature and humidity,
• drying presets with predefined temperature and time settings for different filament types,
• 4 individual memory slots for custom drying settings,
• fully automatic mode: the dryer starts automatically when humidity rises above 50% and stops once it falls below 25%.
