Clean cuts and fewer burn marks thanks to the slatted design

Laser cutting produces smoke and hot combustion gases, which often collect underneath the workpiece and leave dark residue or discolouration. The slatted structure of the Slatted Panel allows much freer airflow beneath the material. Smoke escapes downwards more quickly instead of settling on the workpiece. The result is smoother cut edges, fewer burn marks and a visibly cleaner surface.

Small parts stay where they belong

A common issue when cutting fine designs is that small cut-out parts fall through the holes or honeycomb openings of standard supports and get lost or become trapped in hard-to-reach areas. The Slatted Panel uses a slatted principle without drop-through holes, so even delicate, small components remain securely in place. This makes removal after cutting much easier and helps prevent material loss.

Easy cleaning with minimal maintenance

As the Slatted Panel has no small holes where combustion residue and material scraps can build up, cleaning is especially simple. The removable design allows the plate to be quickly taken out of the laser engraver, wiped or rinsed clean, and then reinserted. This keeps your workspace clean and ensures maintenance takes only a few minutes.
