E3D Revo Prusa Mini

With the Revo Prusa Mini by E3D you can upgrade your old Prusa Mini or Mini+ setup with the latest generation of E3D hotend technology, as well as take full advantage of E3D's RapidChange Revo system. This mini edition includes a Prusa-specific thermistor extension cable, heater extension cable, 3D-printed bracket, and anything else you might need to replace it!

No rebuild required

The hotend is not a completely new design. Rather, the Revo Prusa Mini Edition has the same nozzle location as well as filament diameter, requiring only the two screws holding the hotend to be loosened as well as the new device to be reattached. Any print profiles created in Prusa Slicer can still be used! Simply practical and user-friendly!

Rapid nozzle change without tools

The Revo Prusa Mini is specially designed for Revo nozzles. Therefore, you can easily change the nozzles by hand at room temperature - you do not need complicated tools; even hot tightening is not necessary. The Revo nozzles are factory sealed, which makes them much more reliable and easier to use

Fast heating due to Revo HeaterCore

The Revo Prusa Mini features Revo HeaterCore with the latest heating and sensing technology. The HeaterCore heats up much faster than an aluminium heating block, at the same time it also guarantees much more safety. The HeaterCore has a positive temperature coefficient (PTC), which means that it cannot melt at very high temperatures.

No change in firmware or PID

The Revo Prusa Mini is designed to be fully compatible with the standard Prusa Mini firmware. No changes need to be made to the firmware. In addition, the Prusa Mini edition is fully compatible with the Prusa Mini temperature monitoring model, eliminating the need for PID tuning after the upgrade!

Important Notes:

• When swapping nozzles, Z-offset may need to be adjusted
• The kit does not include a fan. The existing standard Prusa fan should be reused.
• This kit does not include PTFE tubing.
