Titan Aero integrates the Titan extruder and the V6 hot end in one small package. All the advantages like reliability and ease of use of V6 and Titan, along with some advantages in themselves.
Compact and robust
The combination of hot end and extruder makes Titan Aero ultra-compact. It offers you an additional overall height of 25 mm in the Z-axis compared to a V6 + Titan combo. Compact also means rigid. Aero copes perfectly with bumps and shocks and works with the fastest 3D printers.
Precise extrusion: ideal for flexible material
The short, well-restricted filament path makes Aero ideal for flexible applications. It minimises places where the filament can bend, kink, and jam, providing a more flexible printing experience.

The Titan Aero is based on the All-Metal Design by E3D and enables you to reliably 3D print all thermoplastics at temperatures up to 285 ° C. It was also designed to accommodate standard V6 heat breaks so you can swap components from E3D's entire modular ecosystem to suit your needs. Choose from temperature sensors, heating cartridges, Volcano or one of over 92 different nozzles from E3D.
Easy to install, easy to use
Aero is assembled using a standard pattern so that it can be installed on a variety of 3D printers. By using the bespoke construction and the rigorously tested extrusion mechanism, Titan Aero is extremely reliable and maintains all intelligent usability functions. Loading and unloading filaments, manually extruding, setting the voltage and removing debris from the hob is a breeze. The 3: 1 gear ratio of Titan Aero also allows the use of smaller motors, which results in easier running, while maintaining reliability and thrust.
