Fiberlogy ASA+AF Natural, 1,75 mm / 1000 g

Fiberlogy ASA+AF is a high-performance ASA-based composite filament that has been optimised for demanding technical and industrial applications through the addition of aramid fibres. The fibre reinforcement significantly increases the mechanical resistance of printed parts and improves their durability under continuous load.

Compared with classic ASA, ASA+AF offers higher resistance to mechanical stress, abrasion and wear. At the same time, the aramid reinforcement reduces the risk of cracking, chipping and material fatigue. Thanks to its reduced coefficient of friction, the material is particularly suitable for parts exposed to repeated movement or friction.

Another advantage is its excellent layer adhesion and reduced shrinkage behaviour. This allows even larger parts to be produced with high dimensional accuracy and a low tendency to warp. The characteristic matt surface also gives printed parts the high-quality appearance of a technical composite material.

Like classic ASA, ASA+AF stands out for its excellent UV, weather and temperature resistance. With temperature resistance of up to 94°C, the material is ideal for outdoor applications and functional parts exposed to changing environmental conditions.
