Description

F3 PA Pure Pro is a technical filament made of polyamide, which has been specially modified for 3D printing.

Material properties

The material shows superior strength while remaining impact resistance with very little tendency to warp and good layer adhesion. Due to the good heat and load resistance, this material is recommended for all high-strength parts. The printed parts show a very attractive surface texture in matt antique white. It is a very stiff filament that can break only with tight flex.

With thin walls, printed components can become very flexible under the influence of moisture, which is why F3 PA-CF Lite is recommended for these applications.

In contrast to F3 PA-CF Pro and F3 PA-GF Pro, this material is unfilled. It offers itself as a comparative material for the influence of fibres, for a multi-material component and as an alternative if a smooth surface is required or the fibres are not suitable.

Processing

Wear-resistant nozzles are strongly recommended for processing the material.

The material must be stored dry in order to achieve reliable printing results under all conditions.
