This filament is a good choice for applications that need to be robust but flexible at the same time.

Aramid, also known as kevlar, is synthetic polyamide. It withstands extreme heat due to its molecular structure. Nylon reinforced with aramid fibres is a filament with excellent mechanical properties. In general, high temperature, wear and tear strength and hardness are the main features of this unique industrial filament. In addition, nylon AF80 aramid offers tribological properties that make it suitable, for example, as an unwinding wheel, for bearings or gears. It is a durable material and resists a variety of chemicals.

Thanks to the higher layer adhesion, its surface can deceive the user - the layers are almost invisible. Nylon AF80 aramid is an effective way to reduce your industrial manufacturing costs through high-quality innovative material.

The best results were achieved with a glass bed and PVA glue. Magigoo PA also works well.
