Efficient printing in heated chambers

With the new mebs.tech Hemera WaCo Mod, the E3D Hemera can develop its full performance even in heated chambers.

Overheating due to insufficient cooling is a thing of the past. Another advantage of the Hemera WaCo Mod is that the motor is also effectively cooled thanks to the enlarged contact surface.

3D printing in heated chambers enables greater strength and reduces the risk of warping when processing technical filaments such as nylon, polycarbonate and ABS.

Plug & Play

The water cooling is installed on the E3D Hemera in a few simple steps. After filling the cooling circuit, the system can be used immediately. All screws and tools required for this are included in the contents of delivery.

Compatibility

Hemera WaCo Mod is compatible with all E3D Hemera components.

The E3D Water Cooling Kit can be used, but the silicone hoses are not compatible with the Festo plug connections. It is therefore recommended to replace the silicone hoses with PVC hoses.

6 mm Festo plug-in connections are installed as standard. These can be exchanged for smaller or larger hose diameters. Pay attention to the thread size G1 / 8 ".

Sustainability "Made in Germany"

The product is "Made in Germany" to enable short delivery routes and to offer the highest quality. The packaging is made of sheet metal and can then be used to store tools or spare parts.

The inlay and the pouch for the tools are made of paper and can be recycled in an environmentally friendly way.

More information

When using a copper cooler, the use of cooling liquid is necessary, otherwise, the parts can corrode. The maximum installation space temperature is limited by the components of E3D. The motor should not exceed a temperature of 85 ° C. The use of PVC hoses with an outside diameter of 6 mm is recommended.
