Exceptional Thermal Insulation

To ensure greater wear resistance and thermal insulation, the all-metal heatbreak is coated with RCC. This coating also helps to prevent heat creep and filament-induced clogging.

High-Efficiency Heating Unit

A rectangular ceramic heating element delivers enhanced performance and heats the hotend reliably to 280 °C in just 39 seconds.

New Heater Block for High-Speed Printing

The newly designed heater block features an extended heating zone, allowing for high volumetric flow rates of up to 36 mm³/s. These flow rates are ideal for demanding high-speed printing applications.

Detachable Temperature Sensor

The Rapido Hotend 2F is equipped with a PT1000 temperature sensor suitable for high-temperature printing. It is easy to maintain and replace.

Optimised Assembly

The Rapido Hotend 2F features a new cable tie structure that helps prevent damage during installation. This optimised assembly design simplifies the assembly process and makes it easier for the user. For fast and cost-effective maintenance, the heating element is secured with a metal dome.

One-Handed Nozzle Change

Titanium alloy screws ensure a secure connection between the heat block and heat sink while offering low thermal conductivity. This rigid structure allows for easy nozzle changes using just one hand.

Wide Filament Compatibility

The Hotend is compatible with all thermoplastic filaments, including but not limited to common fibre-reinforced materials such as: PLA, ABS, ASA, PETG, TPU, PC, PP, PA und PLA-CF, ABS-CF, PETG-CF, PA-CF /GF, PC-ABS, PAHT, PVA, PET-CF, PP-GF...
