The Sonic Mighty Revo from Phrozen is equipped with a 10.1-inch monochrome LCD screen and ensures even light intensity and precise details with an XY resolution of 16.8 x 24 μm.

Thanks to the in-house patented piezoelectric 3-point sensor, the Sonic Mighty Revo offers a reliable detection system integrated into the Phrozen GO app for:

► Smart Residue Detection

If a foreign body is detected between the build platform and the release film during the first layer, the sensor ensures that the printing process is stopped. This prevents the LCD screen from breaking due to hardened particles in the container.

► Smart failure detection

Using the Phrozen GO app, malfunctions and problems during the printing process can be discovered immediately.

► 24/7 mobile connection even on the go

Thanks to a built-in camera, keep an eye on the entire printing process and control the resin printer according to your needs – anytime, anywhere.

Automatic levelling

Thanks to the automatic zero point detection sensor, you can easily calibrate the Z axis with just a single press of a button.

Built-in heating element

If the temperature in the resin printer drops by 10 °C, the reaction speed of the resin decreases by 30-60%. Not with the Sonic Mighty Revo, as its built-in heater increases the success rate by maintaining the optimal resin temperature.

Combination of efficient air purifier and integrated exhaust opening

While the efficient air purifier adsorbs resin vapours directly in the print chamber, an integrated exhaust opening also allows a ventilation hose to be connected. Working together, unpleasant odours are eliminated and a clean work area is ensured.
