Description
Phrozen's water-washable resins are designed to be easily washed off with water. They are robust, durable and are suitable for quick 3D printing.
The water-washable resin was specially developed for 405 nm LCD printers. Curing time per layer: 8-10 seconds for the Shuffle and 2.0-2.5 seconds for the Sonic series.
This resin is best for printing 3D figures as well as product prototypes.
Application:
- DO NOT rinse printed objects under the tap
- Water washable UV resin is just as dangerous as regular UV resins
- Please make sure that these chemicals do not get into the environment
- Use tubs/containers filled with water

in chitubox default model gray profile is 3 seconds exposure. is this resin different so it is 1.5 seconds for sure?

ON https://phrozen3d.com/pages/resin-sonic-mighty-8k IT SAYS 2-2.3 seconds, so it's completely different, I guess even with phrozen it depends on the printer and your data is not for mighty 8k, and chitubox profile is for some other resin

Not a good replacement for normal resin
The resin is only water washable if you use a toothbrush to get everything of. This together with the longer after cure time it needs makes this a disaster for smal details.
Smal details are not hard an very flexible/brakable, together with the brush needed to get them clean is more damage then needed.
For larger pieces this is a good resin, no alcohol needed and in this case a brush and water is fine.
Because i print most of the time miniatures with high detail this was a disapointment, even when phrozen says it useable for this kind of workWas this rating helpful? (14) (4)

Good Water Washable Resin
The final result is a little brittle (for sure here Phrozen have to improve the resin), but the smell is low compared to my Anycubic Basic Resin and it is easy to clean with water and brush. Only water will not do the trick! You will need a brush too.

Good product
It works. But if I want a very very clean model, I will clean it one more time in the IPA anyway.

Phrozen changed their recommended settings, we have now updated them. Thanks for pointing it out. As for Chitbox's settings, it would be best to use Phrozen's instead, not sure why Chitubox use these but it could simply be out of date like our's was.
