Description
PolyMax ™ PLA is a premium PLA made specifically for all FFF / FDM 3D printers.
The filament was produced using the patented Jam-Free ™ technology, which enables virtually defect-free printing.
Regular PLA is a very brittle material, which limits the application possibilities. PolyMax PLA was invented to change this. It has a 9 times higher impact resistance than normal PLA and 20% better resistance to ABS. This results in many new fields of application.
PolyMax PLA is manufactured using state-of-the-art polymer processing techniques. It has the most stringent specifications of all PLA filaments in the market. The filaments are all subjected to an eight-stage quality control to guarantee consistent quality.
Jam Free ™: The patented Jam Free ™ technology drastically stabilizes the heat resistance of PLA filaments. This is done using the latest biopolymer processes. As a result, the PolyMax ™ PLA filament has an extremely high softening temperature of about 140 ° C. This corresponds to about 80 ° C more than the remaining PLA filaments. This greatly reduces the likelihood of blockage in the hot end.
Do you still print with ABS? Not anymore. PolyMax PLA gives you at least the same strength and no health risk. The PLA is also easy to print and does not produce toxic fumes when printed.
