Description
In 1957, Don Yenko began selling aftermarket performance auto parts at the dealership founded by his father in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. In the 1960s, this was extended to the sale of fully modified cars with the name SYC (Yenko Super Car) on the hood. In 1969, Yenko ordered COPO Novas with 427-cubic inch engines installed at the factory. Yenko then added further modifications to make it a SYC.
