PCTG
Rated with 5 out of 5 stars.
I had never heard of this type of filament before until a friend mentioned it. I've printed PLA and PETG lots of times so was unsure how easy this PCTG would be to use. I'm using a Prusa mk3s which I built from a kit and use prusaslicer, no settings adjusted, just 100% big standard.
I chose the PETG settings in the slicer and crossed my fingers. I printed out some bash plates for a friend's RC car which I've done before in PETG. This new PCTG filament printed like a dream. Exactly the same settings as PETG and looked just as good.
He's had the bash plates on for a while now and they look brand new, less scratches than the PETG ones I printed before.
Yes it's not as cheap as PETG, but I think it is a better material.
Would I buy more?
Yeah but the price needs to drop closer to the PETG price range to make it more palatable.
P.s. the only downside I found are the oddly shaped reels. Maybe a recycled cardboard reel would be a better idea, but now I see the filament can be bought as a refill instead, that's a better idea altogether. Was this rating helpful? (6) (0)

Good stuff
Rated with 5 out of 5 stars.
Easy material to print, is a great engineering material and has good chemical resistance.
