SUNLU FilaDryer S4 Pro

The SUNLU FilaDryer S4 Pro is designed for users who want to dry and store different filaments simultaneously under optimal conditions.

Dual-zone system with independent temperature control

Thanks to its innovative dual-zone system, the two chambers can be controlled independently. This allows different materials to be dried at the same time using separate settings tailored to each filament. An integrated insulation plate reliably separates the two areas and prevents the chambers from affecting each other’s temperature. Each chamber offers independent temperature control from 45°C to 85°C, making it possible to dry PLA and technical high-performance filaments simultaneously under the right conditions for each material.

Annealing mode

The integrated annealing mode is a particularly useful feature and has been specially designed for functional printed parts. After printing, components can undergo post-treatment at temperatures ranging from 70°C to 85°C to enhance their mechanical properties.

Operation via a dual-screen system

It is easy to operate due to a central dual-screen system, which enables clear and easy control of both drying chambers.

Practical humidity control

The S4 Pro features intelligent humidity control that automatically monitors the humidity inside the unit. Once the set threshold is reached, the system automatically starts the drying process and stops again as soon as the desired humidity level has been reached. This prevents the filament from reabsorbing moisture.

Protection included

For maximum operational safety, SUNLU uses a multi-stage protection concept with a PTC heating element, metal fan, two-stage overheating protection and intelligent software monitoring.
