Description

The TPU High-Flow Kit by Bambu Lab is designed to speed up printing with flexible materials significantly while increasing stability. It helps improve material flow and reduces extrusion resistance thanks to an optimised hotend with an extended melt zone.

When using 90A TPU, the kit enables a flow rate that is up to 100% higher. This allows printing times to be reduced by approximately 30%, depending on the application. Projects such as footwear or flexible components benefit from considerably more efficient printing processes.

All printing parameters are precisely calibrated for Bambu TPU filaments. This means you can get started right away without any manual fine-tuning. Even demanding, flexible materials can be processed reliably and consistently.

The TPU High-Flow Kit can be installed in just a few minutes. Simply remove the front cover, take out the filament cutter and insert the high-flow hotend.

► Compatible with Bambu TPU 85A, Bambu TPU 90A, Bambu TPU 95A, Bambu TPU 95A HF, as well as TPU filaments from other manufacturers.

Important Note:

The filament cutter can no longer be used after the TPU High-Flow hotend has been installed. Furthermore, the right nozzle does not support automatic filament changes or automatic filament loading and unloading.

The TPU hotend features a special internal coating and is designed exclusively for flexible filaments. Printing with rigid materials such as PLA, PETG or incompatible TPU (e.g. for AMS) is not permitted and may lead to damage.

The TPU hotend must only be installed on the right nozzle. Mounting it on the left nozzle can lead to malfunctions of the lifting mechanism.
