Description

Print Metal Filament on your own 3D printer!

This amazingly unique filament allows you to print with copper at home.
Immediately after peeling, the parts have a matte finish.
With a little sanding and polishing, the parts will shine and shimmer. You have not seen such a surface in any 3D printing filament yet.

The weight of the material is something special. It is about 3 times heavier than the normal PLA filament.
The tests showed reliable results with all metal hot-ends.

Teflon insulator hot-ends may be prone to clogging due to adhesion.

More information

TIP! Depending on the set-up, 3D printer and slicer software, it may happen that colorFabb metal filaments require more flow compared to normal PLA.

TIP! If you polish and sand the printed parts, the bronze particles in the filament will begin to shine.
Start with a grain of 120-180 to make sure the printed lines (layers) disappear. Continue with finer grain and at the end only use a clean white cloth with polish.
