Creality Ender 3 V3 Mega

The Creality Ender 3 V3 Mega is an FDM 3D printer with a 420 x 420 x 420 mm build volume, print speeds of up to 500 mm/s and a direct-drive extruder that is tuned for flexible TPU filaments as standard.

Large build volume for single-piece prints

With a 420 x 420 x 420 mm build volume, the Ender 3 V3 Mega offers significantly more space than classic Ender models. Large objects can be printed in one piece rather than across multiple print jobs, reducing post-processing and improving the mechanical stability of the finished part.

Designed for flexible TPU filaments

The Ender 3 V3 Mega is specifically tuned for printing 85A TPU straight out of the box and requires significantly less adjustment than comparable printers without this optimisation. In addition to 85A TPU, it also supports firmer TPU grades up to 95A as well as 80A TPU. The printer is also suitable for PLA and PETG, while an enclosure is recommended for ABS and ASA.

Auto Filament Relay for continuous operation

When used with the CFS or CFS nano system, the V3 Mega automatically switches to the next available spool when the current one runs out. This reduces downtime and interruptions during longer or larger print jobs. RFID detection also allows the printer to identify loaded filament spools automatically.

Print speeds of up to 500 mm/s

The typical print speed is 300 mm/s, with peak speeds of up to 500 mm/s and acceleration of up to 8,000 mm/s². Input Shaping is integrated to help reduce vibration artefacts at high speeds.

Less tuning, easier maintenance

Automatic bed levelling and an integrated quick-change hotend simplify setup and maintenance. Combined with the factory TPU tuning, this reduces the amount of manual calibration required before the first print.

Direct-drive extruder and heated bed up to 100 °C

The extruder uses a direct-drive design, which offers advantages in extrusion control when printing flexible filaments such as TPU. The 0.4 mm nozzle reaches temperatures of up to 300 °C, while the epoxy-coated print bed heats up to 100 °C.
