Pre-installed automatic levelling
Printing can be started easily with the preconfigured CRTouch! The sensor can precisely measure the inclination of the print bed surface and ensures the automatic compensation of the Z-axis in the event of unevenness in the platform. In this intelligent way, it prevents printing errors that could arise due to unevenness and ensures reliable operation.
The frame
Dual Y-axes, equipped with a 42-48 motor for powerful movements and reliable precision.
Dual Z-axes: Forget uneasy platforms! The double Z-axis drive leads to more even movements and stable guidance of the build platform.
Printing resume
Easily resume 3D printing with this function in the event of an unexpected power cut. Leads to secure printing and saves filaments and time due to interrupted 3D printing.
Filament sensor
Prevents printing errors due to breaks or tangles in the filaments.
Strong power supply
Power supply with CE certification guarantees maximum safety and strong performance. The power supply heats the building board up to 100 degrees Celsius within 10 minutes.
Maximum security
The Creality Board works efficiently with E / Z / Y / X-axis motors and prevents heat problems. In addition, it is equipped with thermal runaway protection, which continuously controls the temperature.
Easy handling
Equipped with a 4.3-inch touch screen for convenient operation which provides all the necessary information. In addition, the print bed base made of glass is removable and offers simple removal of the 3D print from the platform.

I already owned the ender 3 pro, but was always limited by the print size. So the ender 5 plus fitted everything I needed. And oh boy is she big!
Interface is 1000x better then the 3, bed leveling is easy!
My only niggles are it didnt come with the cr10 dual extruder, and it uses the older and louder v1.1.4 board. These are easily upgraded add ons. Just extra expense.Was this rating helpful? (20) (3)

Mine came with a fried mainboard out of the box. I bought a mainboard upgrade alongisde the order anyway, so I did a straight swap.
This printer gave me so much grief, and I am by no means new to 3D printing. The frame is poorly constructed. The bed is warped like a taco, so no amount of auto mesh leveling will solve it. The BLTouch it comes with rattles around and will sometimes drop on its own during printing. The v-wheel rollers grind and leave residue all over your printed parts. The stock lead screw nuts are made from brass and don't come with any lubrication, so you have Z banding as well as the awful squeaking when it changes Z height. The touchscreen uses proprietary firmware, and getting that to work is a real challenge for something so menial. Not to mention the unnecessary size and weight of the electronics bay. Mine did at least come with a genuine Mean Well PSU, which is a positive, but your mileage may vary. Overall, I cannot recommend this machine to anyone. Steer well clear.Was this rating helpful? Best to save up and get a Prusa. This thing is by no means engineered for an out of the box experience.
