Creality Sermoon P1

The Creality Sermoon P1 is a professional all-in-one 3D scanner that offers a fully integrated workflow from data capture to the final 3D output. Thanks to powerful hardware, hybrid light sources, and intelligent software, the P1 is suitable for complex applications such as reverse engineering, quality control, product design, and automotive customisation.

Self-contained system with flexible workflow

The Sermoon P1 works with an integrated onboard system and enables models to be scanned, processed and checked directly on the device. Screen casting in standalone mode allows scan results to be shared in real time, greatly simplifying collaboration and quality control.

Three operating modes

The scanner supports three flexible operating modes:

• Standalone mode,
• Cable-connected PC mode,
• Wireless PC mode.

This allows the Sermoon P1 to be optimally adapted to different work environments and workflows.

High and reproducible accuracy

With a precision of 0.02 mm + 0.06 mm/m, the P1 delivers consistent, reliable measurement results, even with repeated scans. This makes it ideal for professional applications with high accuracy requirements.

Hybrid light source system

The Sermoon P1 combines blue laser lines with NIR structured light:

• blue single-line laser for scanning deep boreholes and hard-to-reach areas,
• 7 blue parallel laser lines for detailed, precise scans,
• 22 blue cross-line lasers for quickly capturing large components,
• NIR structured light for markerless scanning of large objects and the human body.

Precise scanning of deep structures

The special single-line laser mode enables scanning of deep holes and narrow cavities with a depth-to-diameter ratio of up to 5:1. This results in complete, precise 3D data even in hard-to-reach areas.

Innovative 4-lens NIR technology

The combination of high-resolution lenses and wide-angle optics enables both highly precise scans of small details and fast, marker-free capture of large objects with a wide field of view.

Fast data capture

The Sermoon P1 offers smooth, stable data capture at a high frame rate:

• Blue laser: up to 60 fps (standalone mode) / 100 fps (PC mode)
• Infrared: up to 15 fps (standalone mode) / 30 fps (PC mode)

This ensures clean real-time reconstruction even for complex scans.

High-performance hardware

A high-performance Qualcomm processor with CPU, GPU, and FPGA acceleration enables fast data processing and stable real-time performance. This is supported by 24 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage.

Large field of view and wide scanning range

The large single-image field of view reduces the number of markers required and improves tracking stability:

• Blue laser: up to 380 x 365 mm at a distance of 550 mm,
• Infrared: up to 1450 x 1020 mm at a distance of 1200 mm.

The supported scanning range extends from 5 x 5 x 5 mm up to 4000 x 4000 x 4000 mm.

AI-supported temperature compensation

An AI-based temperature compensation algorithm combined with an optimised thermal structure ensures consistent scan quality even during extended use.

• 6-inch full HD touchscreen with 160° viewing angle,
• Exchangeable dual battery system (2 x 3500 mAh) with fast charging,
