All metal construction
The all-metal construction of the Spider HT hotend ensures excellent overall performance. This all-metal design is temperature-resistant up to 300 °C and is therefore compatible with commercially available filaments such as PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, PP, PC, Nylon and others.
Compact size, easy installation
With a size of 55 x 22 x 16 mm and a weight of 45.5 g, the Spider HT Hotend is extremely compact! This enables the standard modular interface design on the one hand and a universal standard nozzle on the other. The hotend requires little maintenance and can be installed very easily. It is also compatible with many commercially available 3D printers.
Better cooling performance and greater strength for longer life
The heater block and heatsink are tightly bonded to improve heatbreak resilience. The hotend was manufactured to be more rigid to ensure a longer service life.
Better and faster heat dissipation
To reduce heat transfer and improve heat dissipation, the heatsink has a split design with a separate heat transfer area.
Durable materials for improved print quality
The heatbreak is made of titanium and copper alloys and has a wall thickness of 0.2 mm, which ensures excellent heat dissipation and therefore high-temperature filament printing. The copper alloy-made heater block and nozzle, and the roughness of Ra0.3 on the inner wall of the nozzle ensure better print quality overall.
