Creality's Spider Water-cooled Ceramic Hotend is a water-cooled hotend with a standard modular interface design. The lightweight construction ensures greater efficiency in heating and cooling and increases all-round productivity in the 3D printing process.

Stable heatsink with excellent heat dissipation

The water-cooled heatsink of the Spider Hotend is made of aluminium alloy. The water-cooled module ensures 30% more efficient heat dissipation to counteract clogging.

Ceramic heating ring with high thermal conductivity

To ensure high thermal conductivity and uniform heating, the water-cooled Spider Hotend is equipped with a cylindrical ceramic heating ring. This heats up extremely quickly and only takes 40 seconds to reach a temperature of 200 °C (at a room temperature of 25 °C).

Large melting area and high flow for high-speed

The melt area is 30% larger (26.8 mm) and supports speeds of up to 300 mm/s.

All metal heatbreak for temperatures up to 300°C

Made from titanium and copper alloys, the heatbreak is rated for temperatures up to 300°C, making it compatible with a wide range of materials (e.g. PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, PET-CF, PC, PA, PLA-CF, PA-CF).

Robust & stable construction for a long service life

The entire construction is perfectly coordinated to ensure a longer service life of the hotend:

  • The pressure between the heating block and the heatsink is avoided by being perfectly machined into the titanium alloy hotend base;
  • The heating block and nozzle are made of copper alloy;
  • The inner wall of the nozzle has a roughness of Ra0.3.
