Description

Dichtol AM Spray is a ready-to-use product with a special polymer formulation that impregnates leaking components and seals small pores of 0 to 0.1 mm. It exhibits high pressure resistance and provides temporary protection from corrosion or during transport.

Suitable for:

capillary-active deep impregnation of micropores, hairline cracks and porosities,
targeted serial impregnation,
single-point impregnation of large components,

Preparation and application:

Before application, the pores to be sealed must be thoroughly cleaned of dirt residues and other undesirable substances.

Apply the dichtol AM Spray four times at 1-minute intervals and keep moist for at least 5 minutes to allow the product to penetrate the pores deeply. Note that the temperature of the object to be impregnated should not exceed 40°C. The penetration of the polymer cannot be guaranteed at higher temperatures.

The impregnating product dries out completely after a short time.

Storage: Store the unopened bottle in a cool and dry place (+5°C to 30°C).
