Description
The DiamondBack HotEnd is the result of a collaboration between E3D and Bambu Lab to offer a more compact, lighter and above all more powerful hot end solution for Bambu Lab A1 and A1 mini 3D printers.
► Compatible only with Bambu Lab A1 and A1 mini.
The DiamondBack HotEnd brings the hardest substance in the world to your 3D print: polycrystalline diamond (PCD). Made from thousands of microscopic diamond crystals bonded by diamond-to-diamond bonds in a robust matrix, this HotEnd offers unrivalled wear resistance and versatility - far superior to any conventional nozzle material.
Precision & quality
The solid diamond tip ensures precise printing results and a visibly better surface quality than with standard HotEnds. Even intricate details are achieved cleanly and precisely - for printouts that impress in terms of appearance and accuracy.
Durable & strong
The DiamondBack nozzle lasts significantly longer than traditional steel or brass nozzles. Once upgraded, you hardly need to worry about replacements.
Thanks to the excellent thermal conductivity of the PCD material, layer adhesion is optimised, resulting in more robust components. The low coefficient of friction and the polished tip also produce particularly smooth surfaces.
Simple upgrade
Installation is extremely simple: the magnetic HotEnd is inserted via plug-and-play. Heating and temperature lines are already integrated - no adjustment, no tinkering, no adaptation of component cooling.
Please note: Some filled filaments contain particles that can be larger than 0.4 mm. Please follow the filament manufacturer's instructions for the recommended minimum nozzle size to avoid blockages.
