Seems pretty easy to print but its not very elastic once printed

The first few prints turned out okay, but there are always little lumps here and there, so the finish isnt so clean. Maybe these can be sanded off?
My main issue with it is that its very elastic before printing but after printing only minimally, despite being flexible.
