Description
With the HD-PLA you have many options. You can use this material in two ways. Choose the type that suits you best. You can use it as a normal PLA and get prints that are characterized by very good interlayer adhesion and high precision. You can also achieve similar ABS properties with the material - better impact resistance and high-temperature resistance.
All you need is an oven. Tempering the HD PLA with heat according to the instructions will significantly change the properties of the material.
However, these are not all the benefits of HD PLA. For the manufacture of this material, raw materials have been selected that are food safe in accordance with EU Directive and FDA guidelines. HD PLA is also RoHS certified.
Properties
- Biodegradability
- Slightly shiny surface
- Post-tempering: Increased impact strength and high-temperature resistance
Heating should be done according to the manual provided by Fiberlogy.
