Description
Fillamentum Industrial offers Flexfill TPE in two degrees of hardness - Shore 90A and Shore 96A.
Both Flexfill TPE differ at first glance from TPU. The matt finish of TPE feels pleasant compared to Flexfill TPU, which is glossy.
Flexfill TPE is material compatible for skin contact and food contact applications. In addition, Filament Flexfill TPE 96A is officially certified for these applications. Thanks to this fact, the range of use of this filament is endless.
What must not be forgotten and gives the user a great advantage is the chemical resistance - Flexfill TPE is resistant to water, acids, alcohols and alkalis. Both Flexfill TPE are washable and dirt repellent.
Flexfill TPE is easy to print. The Flexfill TPE is a high-quality 3D print filament that retains its dimensional stability. The filament promises a strong adhesion of the layers with a smooth, matte finish.
We recommend a printing temperature in the range of 225 - 245 ° C, a temperature of the printing plate of 50 - 60 ° C and a printing speed of 15-25 mm / s, depending on the 3D printer.

TPU/TPE is generally quite sticky. Either the bed is the wrong temperature (60C should be more than enough), it needs cleaning or the printer is not levelled correctly. If you continue to have problems please contact our customer support team here: global@3djake.com
