Description

Galaxy PLA is a deep metal-coloured PLA series based on the Formfutura EasyFil PLA compound with a significant amount of silver-aluminium flakes. The high content of aluminium flakes gives Galaxy PLA print objects a beautiful sparkling, reflective and glittering finish.
Due to the high amount of silver-aluminium flakes, you can print beautiful shimmering objects in 3D without visible layers. Although the Galaxy PLA material with its high silver-aluminium content is flaky, it does not scrub the nozzle of your 3D printer, so no need for hardened nozzles.

Unique properties

  • Extremely glittering and shimmering surface
  • 3D printed objects without visible layers
  • Not abrasive for the nozzle
  • Very easy to print
  • Warp-free printing and no deformation after cooling
  • Improved flow and adhesion between layers
  • Good adhesion of the first layer on several (un) heated print surfaces
