3D printer kit to print and build yourself!

If you are looking for exciting 3D printing projects and would like to do some manual work at the same time, the Voron V0 S1 3D printer kit is just right for you!

While the kit already contains many high-quality parts, you will have to print out the missing parts yourself. The kit is perfect for advanced hobbyists who already have experience with 3D printers and want to delve deeper into the different components.

Stable performance

All Voron printers are built with CoreXY or CoreXZ configurations. This not only reduces the amount of mass to be moved but also enables higher acceleration and speed.

► Important note: This LDO kit does not include a Raspberry Pi or its associated parts. These components must be purchased separately.

M3 nut to slide in

Realising that you forgot a screw when assembling the printer is of course annoying, but it happens more often than you think! LDO Motors has therefore taken precautions and developed special insertable nuts. They make it easier for you to attach forgotten nuts at any time without having to disassemble the whole printer again. This allows you to easily fix annoying errors!

Kirigami mod for easy maintenance

Kirigami mod is a laser cut and curved bed concept where the heat bed allows fully open access to mounting screws. Thus, the bed attachment is facilitated, the cables connected to the building board are very easy to remove and modify, and other building boards are also easy to install. A Neopixel front light gives it a special touch.

100W PI heating elements and 200W Morsun power supply

The lightweight polyimide heating elements are cut to cover as much of the build sheet as possible. Because the PI heater is extremely thin, the build plate could be equipped with an integrated thermistor for precise temperature measurement.

With a power of 100 watts, the heating bed heats up very quickly (also for ABS printing projects). Among other things, this ensures a powerful Morsun power supply of 200 watts, which fits perfectly under the top plate of this 3D printer.

Picobilical PCB Mod

The self-developed picobilical mod has an RP2040 microcontroller, which takes over almost all controls of the print head. As a result, the main board is not overloaded with too many wirings and also contains enough free connections for possible modifications.

E3D Revo Hotend and HIWIN linear rails

The Voron V0 S1 features an all-metal E3D Revo hotend for improved speed lines. There is also a powerful and ultra-light Revo heatsink, which is available in several colours from LDO.

The printer's X-axis is equipped with an extremely stable HIWIN linear rail made of stainless steel. Wobbly movements are a thing of the past!
