Better safe than sorry: dual gear system for maximum control

Two synchronised drive wheels double the contact surface to the filament. The result? No slipping, no skipping - just constant and reliable feeding, even with delicate prints.

The patented gear wheels with RNC hard coating (HV3300) withstand even intensive continuous use.

Adaptive compression spring suspension

Whether soft, hard or something in between - the intelligent pressure mechanism automatically adapts to your filament. This makes the DXC the ideal solution for material changes and multi-material setups!

Airy cooling concept against heat build-up

The open design ensures efficient air circulation inside. This keeps the temperature under control, minimises heat creep and makes blockages during high-temperature printing a thing of the past.

Filament run-out detection directly on the extruder

The integrated sensor is located close to the feed - this saves material, reduces mess and ensures a seamless changeover when the filament runs out.
