Polymaker™ ASA is a high-performance technical filament based on ASA, specifically designed as an advanced alternative to ABS. It stands out for its exceptional UV and weather resistance, making it the ideal choice for components intended for permanent outdoor use.

Compared to ABS, ASA offers significantly better resistance to sunlight, moisture, and temperature fluctuations without sacrificing stable mechanical properties. Processing Polymaker™ ASA is similar to ABS: using an enclosed build chamber helps minimise warping and temperature variations, ensuring clean and reliable printing results.
