Polymaker HT-PLA Pro Grey, 1.75 mm / 1000 g

Standard PLA is easy to print, but quickly reaches its limits when parts are exposed to heat or mechanical stress. Polymaker HT-PLA Pro has been developed specifically to address this. It combines the familiar ease of printing of PLA with significantly higher heat resistance and impact strength.

Temperature-resistant up to 150 °C

Thanks to specifically optimised crystallisation, HT-PLA Pro achieves a Vicat softening temperature of up to 150 °C straight after printing, with no annealing or other post-processing required. This allows parts to retain their shape even in heat-exposed environments, such as in a parked car, on a sunny windowsill or near heat-generating machines in the workshop.

Tough, not brittle

Classic PLA is considered brittle and tends to break along the layer lines. HT-PLA Pro addresses this exact issue: with an impact strength of 9.94 kJ/m², it is more than twice as tough as standard PLA, while Z-axis layer adhesion is improved by around 30% to 26.8 MPa. The result is parts that cope much better with drops, vibrations and structural loads without splitting along the layers.

Familiar PLA printability

HT-PLA Pro can be printed with standard PLA settings and runs smoothly on most open FDM printers, with no enclosure, no special hotend and no complex tuning required.
