Description

Polymaker ™ PC-ABS is a PC - ABS polymer blend that provides superior toughness and heat resistance while maintaining a good surface finish and good compatibility with metal coatings.

Polymaker ™ PC-ABS can be printed on any surface with a thin layer of Magigoo PC. We recommend a flexplate to facilitate removal of the model from the plate.

We recommend a full metal hotend that maintains stable temperatures of at least 260 ° C and a heated chamber of at least 80 ° C.

We recommend annealing all models printed with Polymaker ™ PC-ABS. This allows users to take full advantage of the mechanical and thermal properties.
During annealing, the model is placed in an oven at 100 ° C for 2 hours.

PolyDissolve ™ S2 is the recommended support material for Polymaker ™ PC-ABS.
