presto Filler

presto Styrene-Free Body Filler is a versatile two-component polyester filling and drawing putty, ideal for levelling unevenness, filling holes, and skim-coating pre-treated surfaces. The specialised combination of highly reactive polyester resin and mineral fillers ensures reliable processing and stable results.

The filler adheres securely to metal, wood, and concrete, making it suitable for a wide range of applications—from bodywork repairs and restoration to DIY projects. It can also be used efficiently for setting wall plugs and screws or repairing damaged surfaces.

► Application Recommendation: The surface must be clean, dry, free of grease, and sanded; any rust must be removed beforehand. Thoroughly mix the required amount of filler with the correct amount of hardener and apply in the desired layer thickness.

After approximately 30–40 minutes, the surface can be further processed, e.g., by sanding, drilling, sawing, or painting. Tools should be cleaned immediately after use; mixed material must not be returned to the tin.

Note:
Small pitted areas (< 12 mm) should be filled with glass fibre filler first, while larger damage should be properly prepped beforehand.
