Prusa CORE One+, Assembled

Developed in the true Prusa tradition and built on the "designed to last" principle, the Prusa CORE One+ impresses with high-quality materials, robust construction, and minimal maintenance requirements. Thanks to its CoreXY mechanics, the CORE One+ combines high printing speeds with excellent precision. The generous build volume of 250 x 220 x 270 mm makes it a versatile all-rounder; meanwhile, the full-steel exoskeleton frame ensures maximum stability and long-term dimensional accuracy.

What’s new with the CORE One+?

The Prusa CORE One+ merges the proven foundation of the original CORE One with targeted hardware enhancements from the CORE One L, alongside all firmware optimisations developed throughout the CORE One’s lifecycle.

• A standout feature is the automated top vent control: for low-temperature materials such as PLA or PETG, the extruder independently opens the vent, whereas it closes automatically for high-temperature filaments. This ensures the optimal thermal environment at all times without the need for manual intervention.

• The redesigned filament entry system significantly simplifies and accelerates the loading process, particularly for flexible (Flex) filaments.

• The setup is completed by the new bayonet spool holder, which supports various spool sizes and is already prepped for a direct-feed dry box integration.

Already own a CORE One?

If you already possess a CORE One, you can easily upgrade to the CORE One+. Either via the freely available printable files on Printables or by using the official CORE One to CORE One+ Upgrade Kit.

Additionally, the optional HT Hotend Upgrade is available and compatible with the entire CORE One family. With a maximum printing temperature of up to 400 °C, you can unlock entirely new material possibilities: from PEKK-CF, PPS-CF, and PPSU to high-strength engineering polymers. At the same time, it improves layer adhesion for existing materials, resulting in components that are up to 30% stronger.

Assembled or the Kit?

You can go from unpacking to your first print in just 10 minutes - if you opt for the assembled version. If you prefer something more exciting, you can choose the kit - where you can assemble the printer yourself step by step and get to know every detail. It's a great way to understand your printer from the inside out and take on small maintenance jobs yourself as needed later.

Space-saving & stylish

The all-steel exoskeleton of the Prusa CORE One+ is not only a visual eye-catcher, but also a masterpiece of stability and precision. At the same time, the printer is a real space saver: with a 50% smaller footprint than the MK4S, it still offers a 30% larger print volume.

Prusa Nextruder quality

With the Prusa CORE One+, you can be sure that your models will look exactly as you imagined them. The improved nextruder with 360° cooling allows you to print flawlessly even with demanding 75° overhangs. Plus, the quality-orientated print profiles have been developed in-house to guarantee maximum precision and dimensional accuracy - while saving time and material.

Maximum filament flexibility

Whether PLA, PETG or advanced technical materials, the CORE One delivers the highest quality. Thanks to the high-flow nozzle, input shaper and over 200 customised print profiles, it not only prints faster than ever before, but also always retains the proven Prusa quality.

The actively temperature-controlled, closed printing chamber reaches up to 55 °C and creates ideal conditions for consistently high-quality printing results. This means you can not only process PLA and PETG without any problems even with the door closed, but also print more demanding materials such as ASA, PC or nylon just as reliably. The result: better layer adhesion, less warping and reproducible quality.

The Prusa CORE One+ is a paradise for modders! Everything is screwed in, nothing is glued - which means maximum freedom for your ideas. With a simple screwdriver, you can take apart the printer completely and customise it to suit your ideas.
