Unfortunately, we don't have one in that exact size but these can be cut to size with a strong scissors. CR-10S Pro and Pro V2 have a size of 320x310mm so pretty close and can be easily cut.

Do you have one for a CR2020 or could i cut 1 down to size

We don't have one in that size but yes you can easily cut a larger one down to size.

Is this a straight swap for the Ender 3 v2 bed and can it be used to print PETG & / or ABS?

It's pretty much a straight swap - the set comes with a magnetic base which is attached to the buildplate with an adhesive backing, then the top surface sits on top. PETG should be just fine but ABS would be testing it a bit. The max temp for these surfaces is around 80C, anything past that will lose adhesion.
