Assembly problems after use
Rated with 2 out of 5 stars.
Initial impression after installation was very positive.
Problems started happening after a week of intense and high speed printing - ghosting appeared.
Running Input Shaper shown huge issues.
Tracked it down to the chatoiclab assembly that became loose - what happened the MGN7 rail became completely loose - The screws weren't fixed with a threadlock.
Now big issue here is manual specifies that dissasembling the chatoiclab tap forfeits the warranty.
This is absolute rubbish as the assembly isn't done and fixed properly.
Secondly the use of MGN7 rail - official Voron Tap specifies MGN9.
MGN7 creates assembly issues; instead of using the M3 screws, whole assembly uses M2.5 and M2 screws which are easily striped during maintenance.
Another issue is the use of the ZH 1.5 connectors. The kit contains a wire however any build (especiallu CAN based) will require crimping own set of wires. ZH 1.5 are very impractical and it makes no sense to use them, considering the de-facto standard on Voron builds with BTT electronics are JST PH2.0 connectors.
Even when using th ZH1.5 it would be more practical to include the connector set rather then throw-away wire.
