Great product but annoying software I don't recommend to buy until they makes software user friendly
I bought this scanner to scan people and objects. Unfortunately, the scanner has huge advantages; the software makes it an extremely annoying tool. The calibration process itself, which I didn't complete even though I tried for 6 hours both manually and with the help of tripods, is exceptionally difficult and requires the precision of an industrial robot. I gave up on it after just a few hours of use. My advice is that if you want something that makes scanning simple, stay away from Creality, not because of the product itself, but because of the user-unfriendly software they write.
