► Main difference between Vbot 9 and Vbot 9C: The Vbot 9 and Vbot 9C share the same basic specifications. The main difference lies solely in the control architecture:

• Vbot 9 with integrated controller:
  • control electronics are integrated directly into the robotic arm as an all-in-one solution,
  • compact setup with no separate external control cabinet,
  • ideal for standard applications with limited space and simple system integration.

• Vbot 9C with external Control Cab controller:
  • uses the separate, compact Control Cab as an external control unit,
  • the Control Cab can be mounted flexibly, either standing on the floor or on a rear wall,
  • extended interfaces in the Control Cab,
  • ideal for more demanding system integrations that require additional I/O, or for deployments in tight spaces where the electronics should not be housed in the arm.

Advanced force sensors detect even the slightest contact and immediately initiate rapid collision prevention, reacting five times faster than comparable standard systems. The robot also features more than 21 safety functions, redundant monitoring and a reliable braking system. This allows you to work directly around the robotic arm without having to set up separate safety fencing or safety zones.

At the heart of the system is integrated 6-axis force sensing, which gives the Vbot 9 ultra-sensitive real-time force feedback.
