Description

Spectrum ASA Electrically Conductive is a speciality filament based on robust ASA polymer, enriched with carbon nanotubes (CNT) to deliver electrical conductivity. With a surface resistance of around 40 Ω, the material is ideal for applications requiring controlled electrical discharge or signal transmission.

Besides its conductivity, the filament retains all key ASA properties: excellent UV and weather resistance, dimensional stability, mechanical strength, and thermal durability – making it suitable for outdoor use where robust performance and electrical functionality are required.

Printed parts feature a matte surface with reduced layer visibility, creating a clean, professional look without the need for post-processing.

Note: While the filament is easy to print, a heated chamber is recommended for large or complex parts to improve process stability. Due to the abrasive nature of the CNT content, use a hardened steel or ruby nozzle to prevent excessive wear.
