Description

Spectrum's PA6 GF30 is a nylon PA6-based composite material with a 30% glass fibre content. Such a high percentage of fibre filling improves the tensile and compressive strength of the material, which also ensures low processing shrinkage.

The material is characterised by great mechanical properties and abrasion resistance, and it also has excellent chemical resistance. With its HDT heat deflection temperature of 180 °C (0.45 MPa), the material is perfectly printable on desktop printers without a heated chamber.

The material is ideal for the manufacture of functional prototypes and production tools as well as for the production of functional parts of machines and systems.
