ZODIAC nozzles are hard - very hard!

The V6 nozzle goes through 8 process steps until it is allowed to call itself ZODIAC.
A nozzle made of tool steel and plasma-finished is hardened up to 1000HV and finished with a diamond-like bi-layer technology and tested according to (DIN EN ISO 1071-2, VDI 3198) standard.

ZODIAC has an unprecedented lifespan and defies every filament, such as PLA, ABS, TPU but also carbon or filaments with metal particles. Also excellent with PEEK for industrial high-temperature applications up to 450 ° C.

Due to the low coefficient of friction, no filament residues stick to the nozzle even during long printing processes, which leads to optimum printing results.
