Z-FLEX is a thermoplastic polyester elastomer that can be 3D printed at a relatively high speed of 45mm / s. The filament has good interlayer adhesion and a dimensional tolerance of less than ± 0.02 mm. Z-FLEX is elastic, can be bent without breaking and is resistant to various chemicals, including gasoline, ethyl alcohol, butane and carbon monoxide.

Compared to Z-SEMIFLEX this filament is slightly more elastic and has a rubbery texture. It can withstand temperatures of up to 70 ° C. Z-FLEX is ideal for 3D printing parts that need to be bent frequently, such as As tires, elastic hinges or seals.

A dust cover for the shock absorber. A shock absorber dust cover printed with Z-FLEX 3D that achieves both flexibility and high chemical resistance of the component.

Fast extrusion
Z-FLEX can perform 3D printing at a relatively high speed of 45 mm / s. This makes this filament faster than with most flexible 3D printing materials.

Chemical resistance
Z-FLEX is resistant to various chemicals including gasoline, ethyl alcohol, butane and carbon monoxide. It's great to work in industrial environments.
